IGT 5 Times S2000 not booting up

New guy here.  I mostly do pinballs but was given a 5 Times slot I'd like to get going.  When I first got it it did nothing.  Found the fuse on the power supply blown.  Replaced it and now the florescents and fan come on.  The CPU board has 4 yellow, one green lights on.  The red is a slow flash.  The display does not come up.  I've reseated all the connectors.  Battery BT1 has 3.6 volts and BT2 is dead.  Looking for more ideas?  Thank you.

Close the door fully and tell us what comes up on the VFD display.Give us as much details as you can.

On the back wall behind the reels, you will find the power supply. It has a thumb screw on the left end. Make sure the power supply is tight. It could have failed, or you could have a bad MPU board. Was there any acid leaking from the green Varta battery? They can be removed since it is not needed for home use.
