OK, so I'm very knew to this and still figuring it out. that being said. I finally got my machine to work. My brother in law was playing it and hit it for something like 900 credits. I don't have 900 credits in my hopper. and the whole thing froze. now I cant clear that win and my hopper is jamming. it won't even attempt to pay out anything. the hopper spins. no coins fall into the tray. then i have to get into the hopper and run it backwards by hand to get the coins out that are jammed behind the arm. I think i have two problems with 1 not being able to clear the line hit. and 2 coin hopper jamming and not paying out. any help would be really helpful at this point. Thanks

Turn off your machine and take out the hopper.  Couple things could be wrong, but we will need some pics.
My plastic knife broke off once, and at the same time the metal plate warped and bent.  This caused the coins to jam up in the chute.  Take a couple pics C's of where the coins shoot our of the hopper, from both perspective s. 


If the hopper is still spinning that's a good thing.  You probably just have a bent metal plate or something
