Anybody ever seen this knock off Bally Continental?

Sorry, but I don't know how to post screen shots.  Here's an ad https://palmsprings.craigslist.org/sop/d/palm-desert-slot-coin-machine/7132786873.html for what appears at first glance to be a Bally Continental.  A closer look reveals that it is a video slot machine that is dolled up to look like a Continental.  I suppose it's flattering to Bally EM slot machines!

It looks like an original cabinet and top glass but the guts have been replaced with a video platform. Very unique.
I am now really curious about the underlying software driving this.

It says "YUVO" on the belly glass. There was a company called YUVO that made arcade type machines. Same company??
