Is it cost efficient to ship out your bill validator head to be re-flashed somewhere?

I thought changing out the MEI bill validator unit solved my issue but it didn't.  I also replaced the monitor touch screen board and that didn't help either.  Still getting bill validator communication failure and now and then touch screen communication failure.  I sent the MPU board to someone to try in their Game King machine and said there were no issues with the MPU board.  My next step was to purchase a mother/backplane board and that's what fixed my issue.  Working great now!! :applause:
