Question about "Play 3 Credits" button

I have a Question about "Play 3 Credits" button.  Im new to this and love my machine.  I have a "Bet one credit" button and a "Play 3 Credits Button".  I have to hit "Bet one Credit" 3 times, then I can pull the handle to spin the reels.  The "Play 3 credits" button auto spins the reels.  I want to be able to hit the "play 3 credits" then pull the handle, instead of pressing the 'bet one credit" 3 times.  Is there a way to change this so that when I hit the "Play 3 credits" I can pull the handle instead of it auto spinning the reels?  Pardon the question, I searched and found all sorts of other good info, just not what Im specifically looking for.  Thanks!

I don't think you can do this.

The "PLAY" max button by name means it will "play" the max credits when pressed. 

I think the casino likes the max bet button to be the quick easy way to bet.

To unlock the handle for a spin, you have to unlock it by pressing the bet one credit button.  You will then have to press it 2 more times to spin 3 credits.  The repeat last bet option (Spin Repeat (Option: [3.7.1])) also will not help as it does not unlock the handle for play.  It only allows you to press the "spin reels" button to repeat the last bet without having to press 1 or 2 credits each time.  "Spin repeat" is good option to turn on for people who like to play less than max credits.  But again, not gonna help with the handle.
