bally 5000+ need help

i just got a bally 5000+ maCHINE was died ,put new power supply and it light up. i did a clear process and it works but when hit any pay amout it will trow a code hooper empty ,or code 24 sometimes code 33 and mostly times not will pay any coin hopper motor moves a little bit but nothinh happens and code 32 appear. i did a test if i touch the coin out sensor when i won a prize for exemple payout is 5 i hit sensor up and down 5 times machines cycle good for next game  other than that will appear a code 32 ,i dont know what can be , checked voltyage on hopper motor when it payout it trow 11v sometimes 24v but clicks for 1sec and no voltage anymore

Code 32 = hopper empty.
At least system thinks hopper is empty.
I found an old post that says close door, turn reset key.

Try that, if it doesn’t work send a reply, we can dig deeper.

Yes tried everything, it fried my mind lol I did some tests today , power supply says 26v instead of 24v I don’t know if it’s normal . What I watched is the coin out sensor on hopper doesn’t work when hopper spin
If I touch it with my hand it will show credit paid , if not it will throw a code normally 33 now . I don’t know what else I can check . I assume my hopper board is fried . Did a visual inspection but everything looks good but who knows! What I can see I have problem when it payout
