None of those are used for the validators. On the alpha2 pro cabinets, there's a single harness that connects to the backplane (it is labeled Bill Validator or similar).  Follow the harness to the connection point, there should then be a harness that attaches from the validator housing to the one that comes from the backplane.  If you are getting com errors, you might want to make sure the mpu is all the way inserted and that there are no bent pins on the back of the mpu that connect to the backplane.  I've had com errors with validator due to bent pins and mpu's not insertedall the way in.

Thankyou for responding rickhunter, I pulled the mpu and checked for bent/broken pins, all pins are perfectly straight.Whenever I boot up game I can hear the validator moving. I bought another jcm validator and am getting same results(blue led blinking twice) I looked code up it says ICB Function Setting is incorrect.
[Solution] Confirm that ICB is Enabled and the Cash Box has been initialized
when using the ICB Function.
ICB Function Error
Confirm that ICB is Disabled and the Cash Box has been inhibited when the ICB
function us not being used

ICB is used in casinos to track the cash boxes to the validators, they are not used at home.  The MEI equivalent is easytrax.  You need to disable the ICB function on the validator.  I think you need the JCM tools to do that.  It is a PC application you can find on the JCM site for your pc, you then connect the validator with a usb cable to configure it in the utility function of the JCM tool.  At least that is what the documentation says.
