Help w/ Tabasco 3902 and error messages

I am late and new to the game and just picked up a Tabasco 3902. Was working fine and wanted to change payout. So I followed the keychip 22 steps (all 3 yes) and got it to the setup menu. I was able to get the unit working, but the tito and free play wouldn’t work.  It would take real bills and play normally. After some more reading, I keychiped again, and this time when I went back to game, I got the error messages “Restart, Door open c, closure m” and no game play will work. All the menu stuff works, and the touchscreen is calibrated and working. I have checked what i have read to check, like the door switch and connectors, but nothing seems out of place. I am stumped at this point. I attached photos of the board and chips.  Not sure what info is needed.  I appreciate any help.

Your last photo states to turn the Attendent key. I assume you did that? I think the mismatch with the Eeprom is the little memory chip on the backplane. Is it there? Can it be removed? That may be your issue. Hopefully someone with more knowledge about this stuff will chime in.

The photo is just to show chip info, as I went past that all the normal screen (with errors). I didn't change game or remove the eprom on the backplane, only did the keychip and reset all.

Check for bent pins on the 2 MPU board connectors if you have not already.

It is connected.  I never removed it until now just to make sure it was seated.  (its only looped on the switch for the photo

didn't remove them, and checked and made sure they are seated.
