IGT coin out jam error

I had a Coin Out Jam error on my video poke machine recently. This machine has no hopper and it won’t reset. I read to one recommendation to turn off the machine and pull the black modules (below the cash box and on the door), then reinstall them. After that, power up the machine and it should boot up fine. That didn’t work, now it boots up to an Authentication menu that has “local” or “external” authentication buttons. If you push the local authentication button, you get another screen.  See picture. Any suggestion on how to fix this?

SHA and MD5 are encryption keys typically tied to a Linux OS.
No clue as to what platform this is.

That screen we're looking at, is just to check if you have the correct software.
What happens if you touch the "Back" button, shown on the screen in the lower left corner?

Also, could this be similar to one of your "Black Modules"?
If so, then those things are called "Enhanced I/O boards"... as SCM was referring to.
They're for data signal communications between different areas of the machine, for example, deck buttons to main MPU...>>>

No, eKeys are for AVP, you have a 19" game king.  Yes that is an I/O board.

Post a picture of your MPU board.  Make sure to turn off the power before you remove it.  You may already have a bootchip with a keychip function built in.

Thanks.  You have an ordinary bootchip in it.  Contact member RB and ask for a GKDEV39 bootchip.  It acts as a normal bootchip but also has keychip/clear and other functions built in to it.

You might want to remove that MPU lock bullshit and check the mother board (backplane) to be sure there is a jumper installed in the J1 connector.
