Error: 10 Button I/O Card Not Found After Second Reboot Post Reset

Hello, I just did a complete reset of my machine. Once the reset is done, the machine works perfectly, but after the first reboot, I get an error message: “10 button I/O card not found.” Has anyone ever encountered this?

Also, I would need your advice on how to reconfigure my touch panel with the 4 denominations. I don’t understand why it’s not working.

With the power off reseat the two cards in the door.
You will need a key chip to reset the denomination pad.

I performed the procedure, but when I get to 7.1.1.4, I can only select the value for the first button. :Scratch-Head: i use the chi ivs 97 and key 31
What I don’t understand is that I’ve done it before years ago, but I have no memory of it. :duh:

Were you able to set the first two in the procedure listed?

i'm able to change in the first menu but not the second one.
The ivc 224 and key 45 work on reel touch ?

Drop down to game selection. Choose a game for each denom, then go back up and you should be able to assign buttons for each.
