Issue when upon pressing the cash out button
« on: November 12, 2024, 06:09:17 AM »
Good morning members, I have a issue on the bally alpha pro 2 wave cabinet on the latest os and has california tribal jurisdiction chip. After a ram clear and selected the SAS primary for all that was mentioned in this thread...the issue when upon pressing the cash out button, the screens show voucher printing for a couple seconds and pauses to handpay.ive been doing the ram clear at least a hundred times, can someone help. Maybe my wires for 5 pin connection to com1 port is not correct. I've added a pic here. Please let me know if anyone found the solution thanks

Hi, I have this similar issue.  The same thing happens when I cash out to me as you discribed, however I can add credits and send commands to the machine via the Tito Wifi webpage.  So I do have some communication happening. I am running ArgOS, but the 5 pin connector should be the same.  When i find a solution I will let you know.

I figured out the problem to my issue and i think it’s the same with yours. The Bally has a different connection setup at the com port side.  Look at my pic compared to the one you showed.  Hope this helps.
