Bally: Process fault=mediasvr (7350)

Has anyone seen this error on a Bally slot machine?  Fatal Fault, Process Fault = mediasvr (7350)

Requesting help from tech gurus to solve the problem.

When you turn key to reboot does it stay in a loop?

When you turn key to reboot does it stay in a loop?

 it's no stay in a loop,The machine will run normally after a reboot, usually at some point on the way to play

I've seen this before & from what I've experienced? This could be that the video card is looking for another video signal like the iDeck or a video topper. Does the iDeck go out at all? If not it could be the video card.
