Bally 5000 plus incorrect payout

I’m at a loss on this one. Have a 3 reel 2 credit Bally 5000 plus. It is paying completely wrong.

When I go through test procedures on test 2 (I think 2-37) the bell rings and bounces me out of testing. If I go in a second time it completes all tests in 2. In test 3 it doesn’t respond. In test 5 all the reels line up exactly like another identical machine I have

I tried the board out of the identical working machine and got the exact same results. Wrong pays

Any idea what is going on?

what was the problem? same situation here

On mine I noticed the Center reel was paying properly but it was the only one. I took a chance and swapped reel one and reel 3. No idea how it came to me mixed up but it solved my problem   Not sure if the same will apply to yours?

mine has a different situations,but looks like is something related to payout . machine pays more than 50 coins when supposed to pay 2 and opena error over payout amount . sometimes it say hopper is empty but wasnt ..
