adding a cash/credit option

i have a tabasco s2000 that i have converted back to coin handling and i would like to add the player credit option however i do not have a cash/credit button and when i go to the 3.1.1.1 menu (no credits on machine) the player initiated credit option is locked. i would like to have the option for playing like my s+ how it will dump winnings out as coin when playing not just the split pay option  anyone have any ideas?

Set credit limit to 0.  Disable printer.  All wins will pay in coins, you may want to raise the hopper limit.

ahh so i cant use this in conjunction with split pay using a ticket?

Here's my two cents on this.
I don't think anybody uses "Partial-Pay" around here. 
I tried it once on a test machine to teach myself how it works years ago, but never kept it set that way.
For home machines, people usually cash out entirely one way or another...just like at a real casino by either with a ticket or empty out a whole coin hopper or set the limits lower, the machine locks up and an attendant knocks off higher wins with the key.

Partial-pay is maybe for people that don't have a lot of coins in the hopper, set their coin hopper to pay out partially like maybe a 100 coins to play with, and the rest by a ticket? 
Quite frankly, I've NEVER seen a casino use partial-pay and I don't know why IGT added that option to their machines.
Maybe some jurisdictions require that?

Try it if you want and let us know how it goes.

ahh ok  i was hoping there was a way to keep the split pay :400 coins out and rest on ticket on jackpot but still have a cash credit option on player initiated credit. i dont mond having my hopper full i guess ill play around with the credit zero printer disabled option and see if we like it

I have a huge IGT/Barcrest Double Top Dollar. It takes the big wagon wheel Eisenhower dollars. If you cash out, it's set to pay 100 max to the tray and the rest on a ticket. There's only about 140 in the hopper.  I've tested it once! I guess I should try it again sometime to see if the settings held.
