IGT-M 1634B ERROR CODE HELP

I have a igt-m model 1634B that I restored, machine is in AMAZING condition. I repaired the MPU board myself, new battery everything. But when I turn on machine it starts to ding and says "Tilt Call Attendant" amd shows a "No Spin Reel 1" error. I've shuffled around the reel stoppers to see if the error follows and it stays on "No Spin Reel 1". I installed new harness for coin comparitor and works fine the light flashes when I put a coin through the door optics are new, new door switch ect. When I run a diagnostic on the reels it shows the same "No Spin Reel 1". I noticed when I close the door the First Reel seems to be a tad bit higher than the rest. Is that the issue I'm having? If so how do I adjust the reel? Is there a way to do a factory reset on everything? This is literally the last error I need to get this sold. I can't find ANYTHING on this machine at all. I cant find a repair/user manual, nothing. I purchased parts i dont even need for this machine getting it repaired (trial amd error) If someone can help guide me or possibly forward me a PDF. of the user/repair manual for this machine I would greatly appreciate it.

The strip should have a small notch cutout near the top on both sides.
Those notches should fit into a couple of molded nibs on the reel baskets.
That helps keep the strips in the correct place on the wheels.

Check the wheel harness connections on the 1st reel for looseness, pin oxidization.
Un-plug and re-plug and couple of times helps rub of off oxidization.
De-Oxit spray works better for old contact pins.
It has some chemicals that dissolve the oxidized metal promoting better electrical contact.
It could be why you're getting a reel 1 spin error message?
