21 error in model B5033CW

I just purchased the above model of Red White and Blue 25 cent slot machine. I t worked when i bought it now the error 21 comes up and i can not get it cleared. I have unplugged the boards and plugged back in, emptied the coin hopper and looked for jambs but nothing seems to be working.  Any advise would be great. I am not sure where the optics are to clean them or to even get them out, but as i said it was working and then wasnt. I turned the reset key and have pressed the white buttons but nothing clears it. i have tried to read through old posts but haven't found anything that works.

Look for something blocking the little holes for the coin-in optics sandwiched boards underneath the comparitor.
Pull off the coin comparitor and blow some air down into the coin opening to help clear out any debris down in there.

ok, i will take the coin c off, but how do i get the optics off?

No need to take the whole thing apart.
Just pull off the CC off of the four plastic clips that grab it, cup your hand over the slot opening where the coins go down between the coin-in optic boards and blow a puff of air.
If you have a can of compressed air, just aim it down in there and blow out dust, lint, debris, etc. etc.

Now if that doesn't work, tell me...does the [Coins Played] number go OFF momentarily, then come back on the display, when you close the door with the door latch fully in the down position?
If that number goes out, then you know without doing any tests, that the door optics are working.
If the door optics are NOT working correctly, you'll never clear the error code [21].
Error code [21] means that some optics are being blocked too long...I was thinking it's possible the coin hopper optics could be blocked too, but you've stated that you checked it.

I just remove the Coin Competitor and blew air in it and down the optics.  Still shows 21 error. When i close the door the display goes blank then 2 (coins Played) 10 in credits the wheels jerk and then 21 comes up
I have also removed the Cmos chip and put it back but now i have a error 61

Wheels jerking after booting up...>>> points to a different problem.
Post pictures of your MPU and chips.
Sounds like you have the wrong software or bad MPU.

I had  a similar issue and it ended up being bad coin optics.

I changed the optics but still have the error 21. Is there a chance the coin comperitor is bad? The green light on it isn’t on

The CC will not light up with the door open.

Does the 21 go away for a second and then return when you open and close the door?

Yes it does and the wheels jerk and then 21 appears. I tried to post video but it won’t do it
