ok sorry. but can anyone help me with the whole problem please? Everything ties to the cherry switch if no one believes me I can take pictures and prove it thanks.

In REPLY #6, you were asked to post photos. You never did.
Also in REPLY #5, member stayouttadabunker wrote out an explanation for wiring as well as added a DIAGRAM for you.

You said you would take photos and post and you never did. And it appears you never checked your wiring with the diagram and explanation he wrote up for you.

Then in REPLY #9 you ask if you should replace the I/O board. Why? That has nothing to do with this.

You continue to ask for help but you refuse to do what the members ask, so that they can help you... like posting the photos.

And finally, in your last reply you stated "I can take pictures and prove it."
Well...look back at reply #9.
You stated "I took pictures of the wires in my slotmachine and sent them to my friends phone she can help me post them"
Why won't you post these photos?

Normally there is only 2 wires on the white plunger switch for the cabinet service light

Hi stayouttadabunker I need to tell you the best I can that the slotmachine is a really cluster mess and it started with the pull handle mechanism I thought it had a solenoid but by the time I removed everything and reading the other post of the problem the other person had kinda like mine because mine really started with a pull arm problem and until I read this other guy's post it didn't dawn on me that I could have done a i/o test instead of having to take the whole thing apart so can you help me with the connection of the whole thing? that's really what's wrong. so should work from the pull arm to the front of the machine to where the Dollar bill acceptor and the cherry switch is?

No.
Look at the drawing I made for you and hook up your cherry switch like that.
You have to get the machine to see that the door is in a closed state.
The reason your cherry switch has extra wires is because your door optics were bypassed.
Hook up the cherry switch as like in the drawing or go buy door optics.
Do I have to remind you again that this topic is about your cherry switch??

Hi stayouttadabunker remember when you said that there wasn't a igts2000 s2000 pull arm solenoid well I just ran into one searching for micro switch. And its 24 vac for 16.95 + 299 tax the seller named land co picker on Ebay . not to get off topic but just thought I'd let you know thanks.

Hi stayouttadabunker I think instead of buying this thing on Ebay I'm going to buy a igts2000 slotmachine pull handle micro switch from the store at the new life games store. Does that sound good to you? At least I will be sure to get the product you said that goes to my slotmachine thanks.

WHY are you now buying a new switch?

How do you know the old switch is bad?

You've said at least twice that you will post the photos.
Please post the photos.

I am going to toss in my 2¢. This thread has gone on for two pages and it really should not have! This issue should be a relatively simple solution but now it's all muddied up. You have some of the BEST FREE help here and they are willing to put forth the effort and time to assist you, with that being said I feel you need to respect them and put forth the same amount of effort you are asking of others. This could have probably been resolved early on with a couple of photos. Remember these fine folks trying to help you out, if they walk away, you will be left with a boat anchor.

Hi I am trying my best because if I wasn't I would given up by now I would like to be given patients I'm wanting to learn so can get into the industry my self and help others out you are helping me. And I can tell that the switch is bad because my arm isn't working now if I can get this together I can do an i/o test.
