the fuse was blowing because of the cash out button was not wired right got it back to normal still can not get it to reset the key does nothing sorry for the confusion thanks for everbodys help.

Something's amiss here...
If the cash out button "was not wired right" then the machine NEVER should have worked. It should have always been blowing fuses for ever and ever.
I'd think if you kept blowing fuses, it could be the hopper motor drawing too much current.
That plug has nothing to do with resetting, I believe. If it never was hooked up, you don't need it now. Is it in the door panel or near the hopper?
Try pulling out the hopper (POWER OFF). Close the door and turn the machine back on without the hopper and see if the error code changes.
Knagl or Cowboygames can correct me if this isn't the next step.  :propeller:

I think we need to start over. If the machine is set up so this is physically a jackpot it's not gonna be the hopper, it's going to be a reset key issue. Turn the machine on with the display and please take a picture.  If it's saying 3600 and the machine is locked up in a jackpot then it's nothing more than reseting the machine. If this is the case we can go from there and explain how to bypass the key reset.

To be clear, if the machine is locked up, the speaker should be making a "dink-dink-dink-dink-dink-dink-dink-dink..." sound, and both candle lights should be flashing slowly together.  Is that what's happening now?

The molex connector you showed earlier -- is that in the top box (above the reels)?  If so, it's not needed -- that's used for a progressive display, and is not related to your jackpot reset keyswitch.
