Help! I purchased a C.E.I. video poker machine no touch screen named gamblers choice.Its a 6 game ply..My problem is this .When I turn on machine on the screen it reads MUX Failer call attendent and also says MUX CDC Failer call attendent.I can press reset and play one hand super quiclkly before this stupid reading comes up and stops the play !Can anyone help me with how to handle this seller of coarse can no longer be reached:)I would appriciate any imput on the matter.

Need more information about the game:
is the software ver. 500.xx , 600.xx or 700.xx
is the game a casino mini (upright cabnet ) or bar top
if the game is a ver. 500.xx it might have a mux board
or super mux board installed in it.
600.xx and 700.xx require the super mux board; the 600.xx is with the gamblers bonus club
700.xx is gambler bonus club and multi denom
On the upright game the mux board is normally installed under the monitor shelf. The super mux board was installed inside the front door. The mux was used to communicate with external serial devices like player tracking and clubmember bonusses.
