Game King LCD compability

I just purchased an awesome looking door mount LCD to replace a chassis-type LCD. However, there is a pin configuration difference.
Does anyone know if it will work? I can't tell immediately by looking. I see a common ground wire and possible the AC wires but the rest are different colors. I would assume IGT standardized these connectors? But I know what assuming does sometimes...
The left plug is in the chassis. Right is from the cable of the door-mount LCD.

If it fits then it is the right size .. the 19 pin won't fit a 25 pin and vise versa.

The plug fits fine but that isn't my concern... The plug in the new unit has 17 holes, 19 pins, 2 open holes. Old plug has 19 holes with 19 pins in them.
My picture shows the difference... there's pins in different places.
What if one of those pins is sending signals where they aren't supposed to be?

So basically ... both are wired to accept/deliver the proper signals to the slot, which differ just due to brand of LCD or CRT and wired for Game King?

Well this brings another question then, and maybe someone can chime in:
Do the wiring harness's/plugs differ on Game Kings depending on brand of CRT/LCD?

The LCD that you have for the 19 pin connector is missing two pins. The CRT and LCD connectors I show in the pictures are 19 pins and is missing two pins. Same set up. That is what I have used with 039 and 044 boards for about 7 years now. It will work. But still your decision.

I don't have an answer for your question but the one you have with 19 pins I don't ever recall seeing.

Pin 18 and 19 are not used on the machine side of the connector.  Ohio gaming is right.  Plug it in, it'll work.

Sorry if I'm sounding repetitive - but just to make sure - if you scroll up to my first post here, those two plugs pictured ARE compatible?

Just re-read on pin 18 and 19 not used on machine side so I think this is a "go."

Yes they are.  I posted the wiring diagram for an IGT monitor rather than the machine side of it.  Here's the machine side, you can see that pins 18 and 19 are not connected from the machine monitor connector back to the motherboard.
