Reels Rubbing Against Front Glass

I have an IGT s2000 Double Diamond slot machine and the reels are rubbing against the front glass panel. I am trying to figure out what I should do. I am thinking about pushing the reels back but I'm unsure if the reel basket will snap or if something else will happen. Thank you

Yes, you have to push them in so they don't rub.

Try to push against the reel base or solid part of the reel assembly, not the basket/wheel with the strips.

Also check your reel shelf if it had come loose. I had the same problem awhile back and had to loosen the screws for the shelf and had to push the shelf back and retighten the screws.
