Yeah I'm no comparator expert. Here's the deal. Your voltage coming into looks good, and you tried a known working model from the DDD. And it didn't work. If it were mine, I would pull out the MPU and remove the Mother Board and check under it for a coin or screw or something under it possibly causing a short. I know you're going through a lot of work but that's what it takes to cross off all things that can go wrong. Actually we had one a while back where the c/c wasn't working and the guy unplugged and plugged back in all the molex connectors going in behind the MPU, with the power off of course. You might try that first. It fixed his. My point with the mother board is, you know your MPU is working, I'd swap the mother board from DDD to Moolah and put it all back together and try that. The trouble could be the Mother board.
