SS4410 is shown for the game called "Satellite", which is a 5 coin game:
http://newlifegames.net/igtbible/IGT%205CM/Game%20Library%20-%20S-Plus%20-%20Satellite%20(5%20Coin%20Multiplier).htmYou should remove the SS4410 and install the SS7883 chip that you have. The SP731 chip is ok.
When you look at the S+ Game Bible for the 2 coin RWB game you will see that it is a Type 0 game, this is shown near the top of the screen just under the game name. This is how IGT categorizes the S+ games according to similar features. Also shown in the chart under the "Stops" column you will see the code for the reel strips, it is code "ABC" for all the SS chips listed. This means the reel strips in the RWB machine are all 3 different and they must be in the correct reel position. And since all of the SS chips in the chart have the same reel strip code ABC then you can use any of the SS chips shown. Just select one that has the player payback percentage you'd like to have. Your SS7883 chip has one of the lower percentages, if you wanted to get a higher one like 95-97% it might make the game more fun to play. There are folks here on NLG that can provide an SS chip to you.
Because RWB is a Type 0 game you need to use an SP chip that is compatible with Type 0 games. You also need to take into account that some SP chips are made for use only on 10mhz mpu boards or only on 16mhz boards. Many SP chips will work with either one. So you have a lot of choices on SP chips. The higher numbered SP chips often have more features than the lower numbered ones. You can use any of the SP chips that are compatible with a Type 0 game and that are compatible with your mpu board. If your mpu has a round blue volume adjust it is the 10mhz mpu - otherwise it is the 16mhz mpu.
Your SP731 chip is compatible with Type 0 games, so you don't have to replace it.
The SP chip also controls the bill validator id protocol (a communication method), it will be either ID022 or ID023. This isn't normally a problem because most bill validators have a dipswitch so you can select either protocol. But if your bv is an older one it might only have ID022. In that case you'd want to use an SP chip that has ID022, or get the bv updated to newer software that has ID023.
Here is a list of many of the SP chips:
