SMLD OLED Button Panel Settings

I have a SMLD upright slot with the OLED panel shown in the pictures.  It has 14 Oled buttons on it.  I am.getting a invalid button configuration error with the interface board switches set as shown in the picture.  Does anyone have this deck and what are the hdmi interface switches set to??  I've tried 1 and 2 on and also 1 off and 2 on.  Thanks

My 14 button deck is set to 1 and 2 on and the rest off and works fine and I see you tried that already.

The small interface board is problamatic as well as the usb cable and the ribbon cable on the buttons themselves.  Here is a helpful chart -Hope it helps.  Also the other board mounted in back cab. is flashed to what it needs to support some games with the improper flash will cause tilt errors due to a diff. game that it does not support.
