wont start/ error 21

I just bought another igt s+ working when I bought it but not when I got it home,  When power on  and close door , it does not cycle . reels do a quick shake and then go into error 21 then a alarm sound. top and bottom candle flashing. open and close door, no change I checked every connection I could find , no change

Try it with the door open. Push the pseudo coin button on the comparator and hit spin button with door open. Also your sample coin is not seated properly.

thank you, it was the sample coin got knocked out of place bringing it home. also the sound is not right .got sound when insert coin but not when reels are spinning

try reversing dip switch #3

   What alarm are you getting from a S+??  Unplug the bell if that's where it's coming from.lol

i did unplug bell, but it come through speaker it stop when door is close but while you are in machine door with open its annoying

Someone may have added that? Look for an added door switch to bypass??
