Red Screen Error on IGT G23 after installing game

Hi guys,
I just purchased Rich Girl and installed the game on my machine (Im a Newbie and was told to install it with the Ekey 07 in the brainbox usb port and the game usb next to it) Everything installed automatically and removed the usb as instructed.
When I rebooted the machine it came up to the red screen (photo attached) it mentions issues with the paytable.
Spoke to my seller who told me to do a ram clear which i did. (Wiping top two on Non Volatile Storage) rebooted the machine and the errors came back.


Does anyone know what I can do to fix this as have no idea?

The screen is saying that it's a recoverable error and to turn the attendant key....what happens when you turn it?

It restarts back to the error screen again unfortunately

I had that happen a few years ago on a SAVP.  Turned out the operating system was not right.  Did a full clear of the Hard Drive, installed 14A09 operating system, re loaded the game and all was well.  This was on a 660 Brainbox.  Do not know if this is your cure, but worked for me.

That red screen is telling you that that Rich Girl game G14-005SB3 is causing the problem.  You might want to try booting up with the ekey and diagnostic key and try to delete it before wiping the drive and starting from scratch.

Something to keep in mind when you delete things using the Diagnostic key, it will clear the NVRAM and you will need to go through initial setup, etc and enable games again.  But its the better choice than wiping and restarting from scratch.
