BB3 machine disable

 :banghead:  I`m trying to set up my BB1 thats converted to BB3 with BB3 game chest . I can set every thing up  all the way but I`m getting ( machine disable ) error .
I`m unable to find how to correct it.I`v cleared and went through the setup menu all the way several times and I can`t get rid of (machine disable) .
can any one please help before I  :Crazy: what I`m I doing wrong?

There's more to the error than machine disable. If you go into the setup menu, are there any other error messages?  I am assuming you have the dongle that goes with it.

my game works without a dongle ,I had it is a different BB3 machine and works find .machine disable is the only error I can`t clear.

I also  have a BB2 cpu and it works find in the same machine .

What you say doesn't make sense.  How does a gamechest meant for a blade work on a bb2 mpu?  What gamechest is this that doesn't require a dongle?

I`m sorry , I have a custom BB 1 that was converted to a BB2 also I have a BB3 cpu for it . the game chest I have is for a BB3 .
I was just letting you know when I`m using the BB2 cpu  I don`t have any problems with any games .
but when I put my BB3 cpu in and try to set up my game chest I get (machine disable) after going through the set up .
I just tried snow leopard in my BB3 and it works with out any problems.

To the best of my knowledge I only know of 1 bb3 game that does not require a dongle.  Everything else I've seen requires the dongle.  What gamechest do you have that does not require a dongle.  I ask because machine disabled is what you get when you don't have the dongle.

It occurs to me that some game require the cabinet type in order to run.  There's a thread about cabinet types and a jumper you can make to simulate the cabinet type.  You may need to set the cabinet type to a blade?  Might be worth a try.

ok I just tried to run snow leopard without a dongle and it would not boot up.
