If the I/O still shows the error, check the backplane and make sure every wires are connected securely.

Your power supply appears to be ok.  The machine is booting and telling you there's a meter's disconnected error.  Are they?  What are all the wiring harnesses in the coin tray for?

If all things said here doesn’t fix the problem, you might want to check the harness, something may be cut or spliced and touching something.

I removed the meters and wiring from my 13" Game King and used the connector to make a jumper so the machine thinks the meters are connected.  The meters are connected to the front of the I/O board.  See the attached photo.

Ok great.  Now check the BV door switch like Neo said.

Power supplies for the old 13" GK cabinets can be pretty difficult to find.  On newer 13" cabinets a S2000/I-game power supply will work, but you have to get creative with how to mount them.  On older 13" GK cabinets the S2000/I-game power supplies will not work unless you repin the power connector so the line voltage is going to the proper place.  How do you now if you have a newer or older cabinet?  I'm not really sure, but if you have DC electronic ballasts for the lamps you probably will not have to repin the connector.

What I did with mine was take the "guts" out of a s2000 power supply and put it in the old power supply case.  It's not a perfect fit, but I got a couple of screws in it and then mounted it where it belongs.

BTW: Closure MB is not an error, just an informational message.  Door Open B is an error.

The smaller of the two boards is the one that processes the meters dis/connected signal. The I/O boards for these older machines aren't as widely available as the ones for later GK/I-game and S2000 machines and you may have to buy the entire tray if you can't find a board.  It's possible the MPU is the cause of it too.  What MPU do you have.  If you're not sure post a picture of it.
