Not sure what the mpboot2 is i have never seen that in an avp. That chip style is usually a boot 1 chip not a boot 2.

I think there was really only 1 version of the NBOT BIOS for NXT3.x
The Jurisdiction makes the meters stop clicking is Mississippi

Does Mississippi also work for NXT 3.2 stopping the meters?  I thought that was only for NXT2?  If so, Tommy, can you hook me up with a couple of Mississippi JUR chips for NXT 3.2?

So this one will stop the counters from running on an NXT 3.2?

I have working ones from Indiana and Nevada, but they make the counters go off.

I don't remember...   I use Nevada jurs and my Blade is so loud, can't hear the meters.
The files for Jurisdiction are the same between BB1(?), BB2, BB3.   
I'd say YES, it will stop the meters.

I have a cruise ship jurisdiction that does some cool things under game options but forget what they were.  lol
