wms 400 topcat seems dead but i have all the led's lit

need help with the wms topcat....all led's it, no burnt wires or ads tested components on the distribution board....i caan get no life out of it no led displays no nuthin....i am thinking maybe a bad board....any suggestions?  who out there might be able to test these things? i replaced the dead battery to no avail...help!

The LED to the far left by itself, should not be lit, I believe. If it is lit, the main board in the distribution box, the one with several large black caps, is not supplying one of the voltages.

What Sunrise Side said.  Plus, you say you're getting 'nothing'.  Are the florescent lights turning on?  Are the reels tight or loose?  Is there a bong sound?

ok so i checked all the voltages going to the backplane board and all are there....i did notice there is an alternate 5 volts that looks like it is a sense circuit and there is no output on that....i read +5 ac accross the input to the optocoupler/detector chip.....we even got a spare set of boards to try but they are doing the same thing so i still believe the issue is somewhere else....cant see anything wrong or suspect bad anything.....
