IGT G20 slot machine

My machine is currently on "Device offline" mode. and my printer is also on "Ticket Printer offline ID 0 " mode

Couple questions:

1- is there a way to remove credits from the machine in its current mode?  I currently have credits.
2- What does a key 7 do and would that help me solve my problems?

Ekey 7 allows you to change the configuration, add/remove games, etc. If you don't have the option to cash out when the error appears, you can use the ekey along with a diagnostic drive to clear the safe storage.

Maybe a dumb question but what is a "diagnostic drive"?

Would I be able to fix the errors with the key7?

You can't clear the NVRAM with the ekey alone. If you can't cash out, you would need one. I recommend both. Diagnostic drives are cheap. It's the ekey that costs but it's mandatory if you wish or need to make changes, add/remove games, etc.
