TITO Help

I have tried installing a TITO @home 4.0 on my S2000 and have had no luck. I followed the directions that were provided with it to the T as well as directions I have found on here and still no luck. The TITO board is slow blinking which the directions are saying there is no communications. My printer is also not working now because when I hit the collect button it says "Sorry, Printer is not available". Any one have any ideas or a direction they could point me? I don't know if it helps or not but I added a picture of the inside of the cabinet. Thank you!

Are you able to setup all the SAS options as per instructions after keychipping the machine?

I have been able to. I even went back and doubled checked them to make sure I didn't miss anything.

I would check continuity on the cabe to make sure the connections are good.  Do you have another machine to test the tito board?  It could also be a TITO board issue.  I don't have the TITO board version you have, so I don't know if your cable was pinned out correctly, but the pins used on the S2000 appear to be correct (pins 1 and then 4 and 5).

I have a S plus but Im guessing tito doesnt work on that? Ill run through the set up again, maybe 3rd or 4th time is a charm lol

Check continuity on the cable, also make sure that the multi-colored ribbon cable is plugged in all the way on both ends, or better yet, reseat it on both ends to make sure you have good contacts.

I checked the cable and ribbon cable and everything is good. I now have the light blinking fast which is telling me its communicating. I went through the set up again and it will not give me the option on 3.4.1.1.4 to disable anything. I can only choose between single and multi reporting. The printer is still saying " sorry, printer unavailable" and it still will not accept tickets that I printed before i got the TITO.

I changed 7.2.1.1 Validation type from System to Standard mode and the printer works but still no TITO.

Does the service button work?  Tickets printed BEFORE tito was installed will NEVER be accepted by any machine.  Standard is NOT for tito, must be set to system.

Service button doesn’t do anything. I’ll change it back to system and see what happens.
