"Information and help" is a little on the vague side.
When you get the machine, then tell us the specific issues or issue. Also please note, you can post multiple photos in one reply.

You have a Bally S5500. When you plug it in, what does it show in the display? Can you post a picture of it plugged in showing the info in the display?
