I'm trying to think of anything that could cause a problem. Is your other machine a quarter machine? If they are the same, how about taking the coin comparator from the T/Diamond machine and putting it in the Moolah? If the trouble is the comparator, it will fix it quickly. And even if it isn't a quarter machine, with the correct sample coin from the TD it should work. Unless it's too big for the coin slot.

I plugged the moolah board in the T-daaimond and got a 65-1 and the JP key is at my neighbors so I have to wait on that but it did work. I swap out comparators and see what happens.

To clear a 65-1 you open the door and hold the test button for 1 to 2 seconds and close and latch the door. Here's the list:

swapped comparator no change still flashing, I'ii put the Moolah board in the DDD and see what happens.

I'll stay on until my wife starts shaking a frying pan at me.

It's 8:35 here and we still haven't had dinner (Shortrackskater will like this). If I can't continue on, others will jump in and try to get it figured out or we'll get it tomorrow. These things aren't usually that difficult. But frying pans scare me.......

so I put the board in DDD and it worked fine played a couple of coins to make sure.

Now DDD has a 65-3 so I can't reset till neighbor gets home , 2 different keys whats the odds.

UPDATE

so last night I tested the optics as I read about this on a post by Jim.
10-1 no change
11-1 good changes
12-1 good changes

still flames insert coin and coin played

new issue now the self test button doesn't work will work on that. also going to go through all the plugs
Also got DDD key back and all is good there.

I just did a game change and those lites were flashing until I put a coin in and all is well.

a coin drops straight through. I'm thinking the optics for the CC may be the issue, not sure if cutting out Q-4 will do the trick or just order one for $6.00

Ok Q4 is gone ( that is a little thing) however still no change flashing insert coin and coins drop through.

however I can now run it with the door open and using the little button on the optic board.

If you have a sample coin in the comparitor and the coins are falling back to the coin tray, then either I would try a new sample coin, or it possible your comparitor has a problem.. There is a capacitor on the circuit board in the comparitor that could be bad.. Try taking a piece of paper and use it to wedge open the rack on the back of the coin comparitor. Then reinstall it in your game and see if your game will add credits.. With the rack held open the coins will be allowed to fall through the coin optics to the hopper..

yes its fully Counter Clockwise.
also the spin button does nothing with the door closed.
